Project Outline

Stortford Interiors were appointed to deliver a dry-lining, suspended ceiling and general door sets package for the University College of London at their Torrington Place campus. The works evolved around the refurbishment of an existing building and the creation of a suit of seminar rooms, learning spaces and new reception area. The scope captured high performance acoustic partitions, treatment to existing steels and beams and a comprehensive remedial works package to base-build soffits and walls.

In addition to the lecture theatres Stortford Interiors also undertook a large soffit lining and thermal insulation install to the new data centre hall and managed intimate drywall and hygienic white wall interfaces. The drywall scheme was complimented by a veneer door set package supplied and installed by in-house joinery division Parkrose.
