151 Buckingham Palace Rd is a modern high-quality office building in Victoria; a landmark office complex with over 400,000 sq/ft of Grade A office and ancillary accommodation, and a retail element on ground floor.

The redevelopment comprised of CAT A Fit-outs to all floors, including an extension of the floor plates into the Atrium to provide additional office space. The completed scheme provides 215,000 sq ft of new office space.

Scope of works

An extensive and varied package scope captured the design, supply and installation of all Carpentry and Joinery works including atrium floor joisting infills across multiple levels, roof-top Corten planters with PPC metal balustrades, bespoke metal framed upholstered seating & planter Joinery, Douglas Fir panelling, SGL 3-compartment lockers, cycle storage, FF&E, doorsets & ironmongery and timber skirting.

The award provided an opportunity for Parkrose to deliver its second major Joinery Fit-Out for McLaren, and the variety of intimate material interfaces and the highest of quality expectations provided Parkrose an another chance to demonstrate our classleading credentials.
