Stortford Interiors’ (UK) in-house joinery division, Parkrose has recently been awarded a Washroom Fit-Out & Joinery package by ISG over seven levels at Procession House, Ludgate Hill. The package comprises a wide scope including flush fronted laminate faced WC cubicles & IPS modules, Corian vanity troughs, bespoke mirrored vanity cabinets, sanitary ware, MEP final connections, doorsets and ironmongery.
Procession House occupies a prime corner site, close to St Pauls Cathedral and the new Crossrail Interchange at Farringdon station, and will provide 105,000m2 of office accommodation over five floors, and ground-floor retail space.
The award represents a further opportunity for Parkrose to deliver a major ISG washroom project and consolidate an on-going trading relationship with the fit-out giant.
