Stortford Interiors are extremely proud to announce that we have been awarded a major drywall and ceilings package at Birmingham’s tallest office building – 103 Colmore Row.  Formerly known as ‘NatWest House’ the new 26 storey building sits in the heart of Birmingham’s business district and will be a landmark for the growing city. At 105.5m high and 246m above sea level it will be the tallest new office building under construction outside London. This prestigious development will provide 229,000 sq foot of Grade A office space and 8300sq ft of leisure space including a roof restaurant and quad-level panoramic winter-garden.

Appointed by Main Contractor BAM, the Stortford Interiors Midlands Business Unit will deliver a multimillion pound drywall scope including performance partitions, linings and shaft-wall to core areas. The scope will also capture a variety of MF and metal pan ceilings to core and field areas.

Steve Coley (SIL Midlands Business Unit Manager) confirmed ‘This is of massive strategic importance for the Midlands Business Unit – we have engaged tirelessly with BAM to provide both the best build solutions and value for the project. The Business has a wealth of experience delivering these volume projects and we look forward to  utilising our local supply chain and ensuring a peerless install’.
