‘Stortford Interiors’ (UK) in-house joinery division, Parkrose has commenced work on a Joinery Fit-Out package on a new Data Centre in Slough.

The facility is part of the VIRTUS Data Centre Campus at Slough, with LONDON10 designed to deliver high quality customer solutions, comprised of over 3,000m2 net technical data centre space, and delivering 6.6MW of IT load. LONDON10 is capable of being subdivided allowing clients to have anything from a rack in a colocation space, to their own suite or data hall with dedicated power and cooling.

Appointed by ISG, Parkrose have secured a Joinery & associated Fit-Out package scope. The award includes flush timber doorsets, with all fire rated doorsets installed in strict compliance with the BM TRADA Q-Mark Fire Door Installation scheme. The scheme has been designed to provide reassurance to specifiers, contractors and end users that the product they have chosen has been installed correctly and that it should perform as intended. Parkrose Doorset Compliance Manager, Kevin Woods, will monitor and audit all stages of the installation. Additional package scope includes Skirtings, Tea Points, Floor Finishes, IPS Modules & WC Cubicles.
