Parkrose begin reception fit-out for Quadrant Four redevelopment

Leading joinery contractors, Parkrose, has commenced a prestigious fit-out package for Quadrant Four, a major redevelopment scheme in the heart of London’s West End.

Parkrose has been appointed by Sir Robert McAlpine to deliver a wide scope of works on the building’s new reception area, creating a high-quality first impression to complement its 48 luxury apartments.

Quadrant Four is part of Crown Estate’s redevelopment of southern Regent Street. The overall scheme will see the partial demolition and reconstruction of an eight storey 1930s Art Deco hotel, rejuvenated into high-end apartments, common areas, retail units and a fitness club.

Stortford Interiors’ in-house joinery division will deliver a range of bespoke services, including drywall partitions, MF and GRG ceilings, bronze-wrapped columns, Créme Perla and Anglesey stone flooring, American Black Walnut veneered panelling, credenza unit and reception desk, creating the ultimate in extravagant reception areas, in-keeping with the building’s overall theme.

Steven Harvey, Joinery Director at Parkrose said: “Due to the luxurious nature of Quadrant Four, there is an array of expensive stone, bronze and veneered finishes which require accurate setting out skills. As part of our commitment to quality and finish, we’ve constructed an off-site mock-up to ensure the smooth management and successful delivery of the project.

“We’re excited to see the finished reception area which will be a fitting welcome for all residents of the West End’s latest premium residency.”
